Well the only place to get the Surfs parts are in Japan or in some European countries, although some have been surfacing on Ebay nowadays. I didn't have success in getting just the center piece but give it a try.
Around $1000Cad. try searching for JDM importers here in Canada..here in Vancouver where I got mine,the company is called Japanoid. Yes they are a direct replacement and bolts right on.
