Cool shot - was it an SLR camera ? Never tried timed shots on my Lumix travel camera but this shot has inspired me as tonight there is some special planet alignment visible and the sky is beautiful & clear at present.
That Badlands region is just awe inspiring and thanks for the shots - I could never get over how you drive on nice flat plains then that place jumps right out at you like an alien landscape.
Haha ya its an amazing place in my opinion! I hope i get a chance to go back one day. Yes this was with a Canon T5I and I believe a 28mm 1.8 lens. Ofcourse use a tripod and lower the shutter speed significantly! I would suggest youtubing nightlapse how to... im sure people have done it with your camera.
