Not bad. I was able to get it done in a day. If you have the tools it is easy. The only tool I had to get was the harmonic balancer puller. Getting it off wasn't to bad and I did it without pulling the radiator. I threw the pulley in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and it slide right back on the crank shaft. lil trick my buddy showed me
