Sorry I didn't read your question sooner. I haven't been on in a while.
I have recently replaced my roof-rack with a Baja Rack so I no longer use that setup and don't have an installed picture.
Basically there is a mighty-mount on the roof rail, then the rubber QuickFist acts as padding, then the Hi-Lift rail then the other mighty-mount. Long bolt goes all the way through the items to nut on the bottom side of the mighty-mount on the roof cross rail. The picture of the Hi-lift rail shows what it would look like from the top, imagine the roof, cross rail is going perpendicular to the hi-lift rail.
