It's actually a 80series Land Cruiser Snorkel. Off brand, but great quality. Purchased it off ebay. I can try to find the link for you. There is actually a model for the 3rd Gen and Tacoma. I purchased this one because there is no 4th gen snorkel.
So I searched "Toyota Snorkel" the first one that appeared was the grey background. Seller is gold3288gold. The tittle is "Snorkel Ram Air Intake Kit for 90-97 Toyota 80 Series Land Cruiser/ Lexus LX450" price is $87.45 w/ free shipping.
That was about what I paid for it. And there is obviously drilling required, but some trimming of the internal area where the air duct goes.
