That's the Addicted Off Road plate bumper. I got in on the group-buy a few months back and saved a few bucks off list. IMO it's the best looking front bumper out there made for 4Runners, but it's a matter of taste. I really like the lower profile and stealthy angles along with a nice tidy winch box so it looks more integrated into the bumper.
If you have the skills to build something like that then go for it and save a nice chunk of change. If you need any close-ups or measurements feel free to ask - I'm at the cabin where I keep the Runner pretty much every weekend.

Anytime. Unfortunately they (forest service) lock the gates to a lot of the fun, but less traveled trails in the winter so people don't go out and get stuck and freeze. However, the main road down to the Crab Flats OHV area is always open and narrowly plowed occasionally. Give me a shout when you're in the area sometime we'll do a quick trail drive, I'm on the trail solo 90% of the time welcome company. Take Care. Tim.
Hey Carlos, good choice on bumper I absolutely love it - the approach angle is awesome and it has a great look IMO. There's really only one critical (one each side actually) but it has to be done right. Most of the other trimming is simple and can be done with tin snips. I'm pretty surprised AOR doesn't have this documented in detail, but it's not that tough - you will need an angle grinder with at least one good cutting wheel.
Hang tight for a day or two and I'll send you a pic or two that will explain the cut better than I could describe. It's really easy because when the old bumper comes off the cut is completely exposed for easy access.
