Whered yo u get those nifty eyelid's?

I painted them on with Duplicolor toyota black spray paint, was a process
Took them off the car
first wet sanded them with 2000 grit
cleaned them, taped the line I wanted with quality electric tape, taped the rest off with blue painters tape
did about 3 or 4 coats
then a duplicolor clear coat
let dry
pulled the tape off
installed them
let the paint cure for a day
then lightly wet sanded again to take away the very fine paint lip
then buffed them back out with miguires rubbing compound and a 30$ black & decker buffer from amazon
