Going to grind this more and then apply fiberglass mat & resin. Passenger side rear well.
After removing rust and applying Rust Reformer...still dusty.
Removed rust from underbody and coated with some Rust Reformer. Planning to add some underbody paneling/mats to prevent direct splash from moisture.

Removing the bumper to get better access...some of the bolts were stubborn (17 years old)....liquid wrench and a lever bar!
