Have the Falkens now and think they perform well all around and look good for the price. Wondering what wheels you have and what the offset is? If your rubbing on the UCA as of now going bigger may cause some problems.

I can appreciate that. In this case I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they have a solid reputation and are known to stand by their work. Will be going back next week if its still happening (has decreased a little as of now) to chat with them. Never been one to avoid conflict...

Currently at ~176k, OEM axels but they were replaced along with CVs ~120k by previous owner, not rips in boots.

I am far from a seasoned mechanic, especially on the 2UZ as I have only recently had one but in my experience if the engine is running well Id recommend against a rebuild. Hows yours doing at this time?

After reading though this thread it seems I may have overspent a little, 03 V8 4x4 SE with 168k for $7900. The good thing is I am second owner and the first owner was meticulous about keeping it up and it shows!

Id recommend doing it right...and either one prob does the job but Id run with Dobinsons!

Also interested to hear how these perform. Guessing it would be little to no difference but even if they were equal to OEM performance might be worth considering as they are less $.
