The dealer told me that the tranny fluid never had to be changed unless there was an issue. the engine oil is a given every 3000 miles and I just had my brakes worked on. Thoughts?

I have 105,000 miles now and was curious as to what maintenance was required. I called the local dealer and they told me the rear diff($70), coolant($70), and timing belt?($355). They said spark plugs and wires at 120,000 miles. What is necessary? TIA! I have a 2006 4Runner V8 2wd. Thanks

I think that article made me more confused! I just want it to be as level as I can get it and it seems a 1inch will not get there and 2.5in will be too high and I cant seem to find just a 2in that will yield 2inches of lift!! :confused: any suggestions? Thanks

Also, why do people talk about a 1 inch level kit when the front is about 2 1/2 inches lower than the rear?? Thanks

I have an 06 2wd. I want to level my front and get airbags in the rear for towing my boat. Are 2.5" spacers in the front to high, or since Im putting bags in the rear will it be fine? i do have that button. it seems when i have used that in mud or snow, it cut so much power and i think it made it worse because i could not just give it more throttle and get out of the situation. is that what the auto lsd does?

I want to buy a boat but I am worried that the 2wd will not get my boat out of the water. I am afraid that the traction control will cut my power with wheel slip and will not allow me to get out. is this something i shoud worry about, if so, what are my options with out buying a new car? thanks...
