Im doing the tundra upgrade and i cant get the hard brake line off at all. Everywhere ive called doesnt have it so i was wondering if going with a rubber hose would work and if anyone has done it?

I just removed it and got a freeze plug from the local parts store for under a $1 most expensive thing was the coolant :) it was a pain in the ass trying to hammer it in with no room at all lol

Thank you so much everyone! Thats exactly what it was. My haynes book did not mention anything about it. Was this a stock option for some 4runners? Im thinking i should just plug it up for good since it doesnt get too cold over here.

Its definitely a coolant leak and coming from that orange thing. I was driving down the road and it started spraying from that location with a big coolant puddle on the ground. If anyone could help i would highly appreciate it!

Hi i have a 1997 limited with a 5vz-fe and on the driver side of the vehicle behind the wheel well there is a orange connection with wires coming from them and its leaking coolant. Ive tried looking up what this may be with no luck. Does anyone know what this is called? Ty in advance guys!
