I am thinking about purchasing OME shocks/ struts and coils. I don't off-road so would I need the medium setup?

When I push down on the back it bounces a few times. the front also bounces. Could it be anything else other than the coils? I purchased from the original owner, it hasn't ever been off road or abused.

I would need to measure but it doesn't seem to sag, if so, it's not bad. It doesn't feel stable at all. If it would help with the bouce, I would change out the springs, struts and shocks with OME. I don't mind spending the cash, just want it to ride better.

Hello all. I am new to the site. I recently purchased a 1999 4x4. I have replaced the shocks/ struts with OEM and I still have a bounce. What are the symptoms of worn coils? It don't seem to have the rear sag. Thanks for any advice.
