the way i look at it is they roll of the line with conventional so why change it? if it aint broke dont fix it! haha i know in some newer cars they are equipped with synthetic but ill stick with conventional. and i will never go back and forth between the two.

is there a way to maybe splice into the audio wires before the factory amp and just run speaker wire to the new amp and go from there? i am trying to avoid getting a new headunit and just want to see if anything like this is possible. thanks! ps its the 10 speaker jbl system
