Camber and caster were frozen/un-adjustable by firestone but did not change when when I replaced the steering rack PS pump etc. Thanks for the advice I'll try jacking it up and moving the wheel lock to lock several times with engine off.

A flange to hold the exhaust? It makes quite a bit of noise when slamming into the front u joint section of the drive shaft. Thanks for your help.

Thank you Deybot! My oldest son has his graduation party at our house this evening so we've been in a full court press these past two days to get ready. I'll have much more time to investigate tomorrow, but I do have an audio track I'll try to upload that might help.

Just wanted to follow-up on this post. My son and I replaced his alternator/tensioning pulley, idler pulley, and serpentine belt- broke a bolt off in his frame trying to drop the sway bar but all is good- had a lot of quality time with my son... and we have a 4runner that's not frying belts:)...

Also no loud clunks- shifting issues- or brake problems other than the emergency brake has been non functional for quite some time. The noise isn't random- it's could be described as a rhythmic series of clanks that seems to speed up and slow down with whatever slow speed we're driving. thanks
