does it look like your coolant & oil r mixing together, it could be the head gaskets

toyota 3.0 truck motors are by far the most disgusting motor ever, do yourself a favor and get rid of that pos, get yourself a 22re, its lighter, makes just about as much power as the 3.0 and its bombproof, and it dosent suck to work on

it works great, every shift is wayyyyy shorter and very precise. on urd's website they say how their kit is better than kits that give you a new lever to install because the toyota lever is 2 pieces with rubber in the middle so it wont transmit vibrations.

was your fluid low? i would either drain n refill your fluid or go to your local dealership for a tranny flush DO NOT go to a jiffy lube type of place. you might also want to change your diff fluids and tcase, toyota recommends every 15k miles u change your diff fluids

check your trans. fluid level and its color. check it while the engine is running and the fluid should be red not blackish.

b&m sells a short shifter for tacoma 4x4 3.4 5spd i was wondering if anyone has put this on a 4runner, i am assuming it would work because of similar drive line.

your amp probably has spces for wattage @ 2 ohm and 4 ohm, if your sub is a 4 ohm when you hook it to your amp not bridged you will get the wattage your amp puts out @ 4ohms, if your bridge it im pretty sure that will run your sub @ 2 ohms

and oil filter is an oil filter, at least you changed it. i dont even use synthetic cuz i get free oil at work(nissan dealer) so i change my oil and filter about every 1500miles
