urd short throw shifter

i just installed my new urd short throw shifter and was wondering if anyone else has this on their truck. i chose it over b&m because it was cheaper and you can use the existing lever.

it works great, every shift is wayyyyy shorter and very precise. on urd's website they say how their kit is better than kits that give you a new lever to install because the toyota lever is 2 pieces with rubber in the middle so it wont transmit vibrations.
