well it looks like the green one is disconnected at the latch.. problem is how do i get into the latch with the door shut?

anybody? i dont want to take a sawzall to the door

I believer the latch on my drivers door is stuck in the closed position. I pulled back the panel to access the cables. pulled on them and had no luck. what am i suspose to do? I searched and got nowhere...here is a pic for reference. [url=https://flic.kr/p/ooxmbE]
