Hi all, I haven’t seen this anywhere on the forums yet but when I was doing my timing belt I needed away to break loose the cam bolts without the tool to hold the pulleys. What I decided to do was use the old timing belt and wrap it around the cam pulley and the center pulley and use vice grips...
Hi all, I bought a 97 Limited last week with 189k for $1500 everything is good on the truck except the passenger fender area. How likely is it that the ABS pump is leaking brake fluid? The vehicle had new brakes and a new rack put on before I bought it and the brake pedal goes to the floor when...
Some type of gps possibly. If it has a sim card it most likely has something to do with a cellular network. Maybe you have a aftermarket stereo and it has a phone on it or something? Just throwing some guesses.
You can calibrate your gauge when you fill up and your on flat ground. Hold the trip meter button turn the key to on while stil holding it after about 5 seconds push it 3 times and hold it on the third and it should beep at you let off then hold it again until it beeps again and that's it.
So far so good must have been something major with the plugs I'm doing a lot better now! Went 67 miles on a little over a quarter. Also recalibrated my gauge.

Thanks guys for the help. I replaced spark plugs and wires and it helped a noticeable amount but like you guys said I feel like there should be more going into the tank when I fill up so I think the gauge is reading wrong.
Yeah not a joke it's horrible. I do not think the plugs have ever been changed. That I know of and I know for sure the wires haven't been? Think it could be catalytic converter clogged?
