jk i found it i had a hose tucked under and it looked like it was plugged up... but it wasnt... i tugged on EVERY HOSE!!! just to find it, luckily i did!

Facts.. your heater core prob rusted and was re routed to prevent the runner from constantly running out of coolant. Its perfectly fine BUT YOU HAVE NO HEAT. mine is routed the same way due to a bad heater core,that valve is for the condensation drainage and (in texas) when i run the A.C...
