So Cal 22re engine rebuild

Anyone know of a place in So. Cal to do an engine swap/rebuild? Orange County preferred. Also what do I look for/watch out for?

Thanks all. I found an sr5 instrument cluster on ebay. Should be here next week. Any experience with the oil pressure sending unit? I have read both that I need to replace it, and I don't.
