It's a Soundstream Van Ghoh 600.2. The subs are Diamond Audio D3 10"s. They are DVC and can be wired to 2 Ohms or 8 Ohms. If in 8 Ohms and bridged at the amp it's a total of 4 Ohms right?

The box on the right is the satelite unit, the box on the left is the adapter to plug into a Pioneer radio. Sorry no i won't work with a Scion unit. Doesn't work with AVIC units either.

A couple years ago we went out to Anza Borrego and it was good.

From what I can remember the whole trip was a piece of cake for everyone. There was one adventure in a canyon with a mud pit, but I think it would have taken an offroad only trail rig to get through it with out problems.

I know you didn't ask me but I just wanted to throw in that I was bone stock 2wd and had no problems. I was driving the Green 3rd gen. We should do this again!

Yeah the hi low converters will work, it's just a personal preference with me. I think they are kind of a band aid way to do it. Definitely a cheaper way to go if cost is a consideration.

If you want to add an amp to your stock deck then you will need one of these: Fosgate or JL Audio Or similiar... Out of curiosity why do you want to keep your stock deck?

Update: Okay so the tires are off my dads truck and I am really thinking about putting them on my 4runner now. I rolled them up next to my truck and it looks like i will definetly neeed to lift it up. So assuming I do the lift, should I regear as well? They are 305/70/16 and my 4runner came...

If was using normal headlight bulbs I wouldn't mind, but I am using Silverstars that cost $25 a piece. So the longer I can make them last the better.
