It sounds like when the ECM is in open loop (at least when it's cold) it's running okay but as soon as it goes to closed loop it gets crappy. Does it shutter under WOT? Maybe it's a MAP sensor or a Throttle position sensor like you said. Do you have access to live stream data at all?

After changing the starter and relay just for s***s and giggles it ended up being weak connections to the starter. It's all fixed up now. Thank you guys for the help.

I spent today shotgunning why mine wont start. Replaced the starter and starter relay without any luck. Checked all the fuses under the hood and inside. I have been studying the wiring diagram of the starting system but it's 105 here in Yuma today so I decided to call it this afternoon.

Does the pedal pulse at all? I would try pulling the bleeders individually and cleaning them with brake clean. Once you know all your bleeders are good and if the pedal does not pulse try the bleeding procedure again. if you have the same problem it could be a few things. Calipers could be bad...
