I have had my 14 TE for about a month. It has HD on the head unit. Every now and then the unit does a reboot. Need to take it in to the dealer. On the other Entune equipped toyota's you can access the phone address book for Navigation. Apparently this is not available on the 4Runner unless...

My 2014 TE has an HD radio in it. The upgrade was a no go.

I believe it was $1303 but the deal was for a flat purchase price $650 below invoice. Apparently you have to have it reapplied to keep the warranty. No idea of that cost and you can opt out of the warranty. Dealer doesn't point that out.

Has anyone had this applied to their 4Runner when they purchased it? Is it worth the money?

Are there any recommended reading or training I should read before taking the 4Runner off road? It has been 28 years since doing any off roading.

I just got 1.9% for 60 months from TFS for a 2014 TE. Almost free money.

I have a 2014 with entune nav and occasionally while driving the unit will reboot. I wonder why nav will not access the phone directory when doing an address search.
