I think this is the cause of the problem - moisture on the rotors. Any remedy?

I have 2500 miles on my '03 4Runner. First thing in the morning when I apply the brakes they squeak when driving in reverse. It goes away once the breaks get warm. The dealer doesn't have a clue what's causing the noise. Any ideas?
