Snapped one of my coil springs!

Update: I found some LC coils on craigslist here in Vancouver. At least this guy claims they are LC coils. 4runner lift LC coils I thought they came in 7-9 wraps. This looks like its only 6. Or am I counting the wraps wrong??

Snapped one of my coil springs!

The don't seem to be rusted out really or anything either. I don't know how I managed to do this. But it is still driveable as the two halves are sitting nicely ontop of eachother. I found a pair of LC coils but I think those are very soft are they not?

Snapped one of my coil springs!

I went under my truck today because I noticed she was leaning to one side more than usual and I found my passenger side coil spring was snapped right in half! you can see in the photo that two of the wraps are laying directly ontop of eachother. I was planning on getting new coils and...

Yes! I get to be the first to put dents and scratches in it. Pretty amazing for a 20 year old truck. I am the third owner, apparently it has never been taken offroad except logging roads. Got it for a screamin deal too ($2800 CDN).

I'm not doing anything extreme. I'm doing more than your rough logging road, but I'm not crawling over large boulders either. I guess just the AT's is my best bet than. I take her swimming once in a while too. I'm thinking about investing in a snorkel.

New to 4x4ing and this thread!

Hey all, I'm from British Columbia Canada and I recently got into 4x4ing so I bought myself a 1993 T4R. Needs some minor work but I have already been out a few times in the bush with it. It's the 3.slow auto with 230,000 kilometers on it. Bought it with 32X11.5 BFG All Terrains but they are...
