have a 97 runner with 3" suspension lift, i cant decide what i want to do with wheels and tires. I currently have 4th gen sr5 wheels on it which the offset is in to far, but the wheels were a good deal. I have a set of tundra 10 spoke wheels that id like to put on, but i'm afraid I wont be able...

My steering wheel has seen better days. Just wondering what the best solution (cheaper) would be to fix the worn through peeling steering wheel?
