Update So it turned out to be a bad PCV valve my truck starts an runs thanks to everyone that helped

I have a 2004 4 L 4Runner SR5 I recently blew a head me and my dad replaced it got the time and done put the cover back on got everything put back together for the most part and now my truck won't start I have compression gas and Spark it cranks it wants to start but it won't pop just wondering...

Checked all fuses an fuse links got everything back now when the ignition is turned on it automatically trys to start not in the starting position but in the on position..... anyone have any ideas why that's doing that

We did check all the fuses but I will check the links today thank u

transmission dipstick tube when you replace the dipstick tube in a 2004 is there an o ring because it looks like mine is riveted into the pan my tube broke in half
