Cranks but won't start help please I need my 4Runner back

I have a 2004 4 L 4Runner SR5 I recently blew a head me and my dad replaced it got the time and done put the cover back on got everything put back together for the most part and now my truck won't start I have compression gas and Spark it cranks it wants to start but it won't pop just wondering if anybody had any ideas on what I could try next

V6. My bad I thought I put that in there

Reseat (and possibly clean out with electronics cleaner) the fuel injector, spark plug, and throttle connectors. Make sure you feel a “click”.

use a computer with techstream to tell you what is wrong. Or one of those plug in usb OBD readers with bluetooth for your phone. The first time I rebuilt my engine I had the cam wheels backwards and only found out due to some code from the ECM that showed what was not correctly installed.

So it turned out to be a bad PCV valve my truck starts an runs thanks to everyone that helped
