So, I cut out of work early to try working a little harder to take apart the engine room relay block. I did it!! And...I found a dangling fuse contact sitting inside. I put it back in place, ensured that it was gripping its seat, temp rigged the battery and VOILA!! Keyless worked, lights worked!
