In response to the gas tank question, they had never done that before plus they do not have a lift. Good point on removing tank separately though.

I am still looking for a welder. The CL one can’t do it. I had someone else do right side but stopped doing this work. I know the gas tank has to come out. I also know how elaborate the frame cutting is. If anyone knows a certified welder in NJ w 4Runner experience please let me know.

I have owned a silver 2000 4Runner for most of its life but the back left mount bracket has now rusted off and I cannot drive the car. I had the right frame repaired about 3 years ago but that company does not do this work anymore. There is also a small rusted out hole on the front right frame...
