Finished up the paint Killswitch how did the frame swap turn out?

I'm so glad the weather is this awesome. I thought I was going to have to do this project in the spring. It really is satisfying to see the rust gone. And yeah they are lc80 wheels, I love them but have been really looking at the FN wheels that look like the trd pro wheels.

I used some wire wheels and some sand paper. The prep took some time but nothing to bad. For the paint I used Eastwood rust encapsulator which is what you see in the pic. Tomorrow I will use their chassis paint for a top coat. So far I've been very happy with their products

Thanks for the reply that makes a lot of sense. I was suspicious of the price at first but then it was brought to my attention that the core charge basically made it about the same price as other online sellers. I'll probably still order from them because they were pretty helpful over the phone

I got around to putting the vsc stainless line on today but I couldn't use the clips to hold it to the bracket. Has anyone found a bracket that can go underneath and slide on the top so it won't move?
