I wanted to get some genuine Toyota cv axels and they all seem to be the same price online except this place 43430-35030-84 | Toyota OEM Parts |*AXLE ASSY | Genuine Toyota*. They way cheaper on this site and they seemed legit on the phone I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before. He assured me they were genuine Toyota parts

It's all the same. Some places include the core charge in the price, and some show it as an add on. Just depends how you really want to look at it.

I've bought a few smaller things from them and had no troubles. I'm in NH, so it didn't take long for shipping. Their prices are some of the lowest I've seen.

If it's legit, it will be within a certain price range.

I sell parts online for a dealership. There are only a few ways you can adjust prices around and be competitive. Here are a few of the ways you're gonna be charged. Keep in mind most online stores are selling at ~C+20%

1. Pay more for the part, free shipping.
2. Pay more for shipping, cheaper part.
3. Promo Codes.

No matter what way you slice it, the prices will be roughly the same because there is a rock bottom price and online stores have hit it. If you see a part on Camelback Toyota for $100, for example, and another site has it for $50, I would be very suspicious of the cheaper price. I have seen Grey Market parts being sold as Genuine on some corners of the internet. Ebay is notorious for fraudulent Chinese parts being sold as OEM. I know this because they are selling "Genuine" Parts for cheaper than I can get them directly from the manufacturer as a Dealer.

Thanks for the reply that makes a lot of sense. I was suspicious of the price at first but then it was brought to my attention that the core charge basically made it about the same price as other online sellers. I'll probably still order from them because they were pretty helpful over the phone

I've bought from them twice-my new rack and pinion for $545.75 shipped and my cv re-boot kits plus some oil filters and stuff. Been happy with their customer service, though they could have packed the rack better. It was undamaged though and they promptly offered to replace if I had any worries.

Take into account what it costs to ship the cores back too, besides all that other stuff.

Is this acceptable? The one piece is bent pretty bad on both axles

That's not a very good job of packing! Send them some pics at least.

If you want to avoid hassle and the shields off your old cvs are in good shape they just tap off.
