It always seemed like basing on fuel used instead of hours or miles would account for heavy/light loads. Never tried it as tracking miles and the manual is easier and avoids any questions for cars.

The oil pan heater will help with initial oil flow. For effectiveness the order for car engines was heavy duty circulating pumps, block/freeze plug, lower radiator hose, heater hose, oil pan then the battery heater is an add on.
For non-kdss which seems like it should be the same the stock pan is held on with 4 8x20mm with attached washers. - looks like the parts listed above for 9008011373 - 1.29$ US
Front plastic has 2 6mm bolts + push pin
4 10x25mm bolts are the ones the TRD plate replaces - might not need those...
The "Duluth Trading Cargo Cape" fits the 4runner pretty well and stays up on the sides if you add a bit of Velcro. I have the OEM rubber mat on top to give a better surface for the dog. Wood burner to cut out the tiedown holes and split seat back.

Just to ask - are you using the holes from the stock mounts? To mount the pro plate you have to remove 4 bolts (10mm, 14mm head) and the original 8mm mounting holes are unused.
I think the Dunlops are awful in cold wet conditions so they were off at 8K miles for Michelin LTX which are much better for wet traction and smooth now after the 4th balance/rotation on rims.
I don't know if there are batch differences on the Dunlops but at least mine were the worst wet...
