Welcome. Have 262K miles on my 07. Still running great, fingers crossed! I highly recommend replacing the stock manifolds on this with some Doug Thorley Headers. The stock manifolds will eventually crack, if not already.

Just did this today. Should've done this a loooooooooong time ago. I can confirm that the return hose is a PIA to get off.

07 I'm bias, but I think my 2007 4.7L is the best! It's been an absolute rock.

2007 - 263k 2007 Sport 4.7L - 263k Miles I'm the original owner and all stock (for a few more weeks anyway). No major issues yet... Mainly highway miles (interstate - city). About to make substantial mods and use for beach mobile and light trail use for local treks only.
