Hey guys, I need your opinion on how to fix these holes in my roof, my Uncle put on a roof rack on my SR5 & it leaked from the rain. I removed the roof rack yesterday & this is what was staring at me on the passenger side next to the sunroof.

No, actually..I didn't clean the IAC either. I'm going to check vacuum lines from the brake booster & clean the IAC as well tomorrow morning. What do recommend cleaning the IAC with? Thanks!

It's funny you mention that because a month & a half ago, the brake booster went out, so I replaced it but did not replace the check valve because the wrong one shipped, so the person who put on the original check valve. I'm hoping it might have something to do w/ they original check valve...
