98' 4Runner stalls/dies in Drive, while foot on brake

I'm new to this thread, so bear w/ me. I have 98' 4runner SR5 2WD & lately for the last month, my 4Runner completely dies while it's drive w/ my foot
on the break & the A/C running. It does this about once a week, & I've already replace the fuel filter already as well as replaced the TPS. I'm stuck. I love my truck & I bought it in Feb of this year & it's been one thing after another. Any feedback or helpful suggestions?

Ive had this issue before and I came down to the Booster. Cause you have a Vacum line going to it.

Play around with the Booster Vacuum line CEL light?

I buy and sell nothing but 4runner so don't give up on this one. Its always little things.

It's funny you mention that because a month & a half ago, the brake booster went out, so I replaced it but did not replace the check valve because the wrong one shipped, so the person who put on the original check valve. I'm hoping it might have something to do w/ they original check valve because the "ball" in the valve somehow came out, but it still put back on. So, I'll do that & check the vacuum lines that you mentioned also.

After the brake booster was replaced, I also put on a new throttle body hose because the original had a split in it about 2" long starting at the throttle body. Once these 2 things were replaced, that's when the stalling occurred.

Did you clean the IAC also?

No, actually..I didn't clean the IAC either. I'm going to check vacuum lines from the brake booster & clean the IAC as well tomorrow morning. What do recommend cleaning the IAC with?
