I made mine out of 16 ga metal I think and its pretty sturdy the way I have it installed, and it was pretty easy to make. I used 16 ga because it fit the best between the hatch and tail light area

my sunroof leake only when i went through a certain car wash (i know weird) but it also wouldnt open or close bc of the cables being jammed. i ended up replacing my sunroof so i have an extra glass if anyone wants to buy it.

did you reuse your old top plate bushings? thats what i did and i occasionally hear some noise.

Oh and i will be ordering a new rack & pinion soon, since mine is leaking and noisy af at low speed. also i will be looking for some tundra brakes as my rotors are warped

the install took less than 25 minutes, it was super simple! chop off the 4runner bumper brackets then shove on the ARB, as of now I haven't done the end cap mod but I plan on doing it soon. edit: make sure you have a buddy to help you while mounting, its a 2 person job

Well some updates! I went to Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls with some local FJ guys.

So after a weekend of wheeling my 4runner is acting funky. Whenever I go to start it, it will just click. I turn the key again, and the same thing. But after the second or third time it starts up perfectly. Its pretty funky and i was wondering what I should do about it?
