TheDurk I figured it out a few hours after I posted that, haven't been on here since then. It ended up the vacuum hose that comes off the manifold had come off down where it connects to that plastic piece where the other hoses go down to the front diff. Thanks for the help!

Everytime I drive in the rain my carpet under my mat on the driverside floorboard gets soaked. I havent had time to rip up the carpet and see what's going on so I figured I'd see if this is a common problem. I have a 3rd gen btw, thanks!
