Got a letter from Toyota today stating they are extending the warranty on the 2004 4runner backup cameras to 6 years no milage limit. They claim that a connection may come loose failing the unit. They also claim they will refund for repairs that were done after standard warranty expiration.

So True. IMO, The dealership missed the opportunity to "Sell You" on return business after warranty and to get free and positive word of mouth advertising had they just swapped the wheels for free. Greed wins again......
