Looks good. Does not seem silly high. As long as the front fenders appear slightly higher than the rear fenders it is fine.

Exhaust seems normal color/amount. I have not been able to find a leak visually. That is an idea though I will have to check the lines...they are flaky from rust.

Three grand is not steep for that body and frame. The 3.0 is reliable in 88 and 89. Rock solid. I would not be suprised if that was never rebuilt.
