haha it does sound silly but I checked to be sure lol yeah gonna try some seafoam tomorrow and possibly adjust the tps. It was running fine until last week, which prompted the tuneup.

i have an auto, but my 2nd gen v6 gets beat lol you don't get ANY power until after 3k! found that there is no point in running to redline though. usually let it shift about 5k beating on it and about 3500 regular driving

I used autozone air shocks on mine. (gabriel iirc) worked awesome and only cost $70 (cheap when you consider that the shocks that were there have absolutely no fluid left in them lol) you can air them up for heavy loads if you want, and they ride great as long as you don't air them all the...

I hear you! all 4x4s should come factory with the bilsteins! of course they aren't in the budget for me, but thats besides the point lol

how is exhaust flow out the tailpipe? could be a plugged/ clogged cat....

checked that ad. their bilstein shocks are approx the same as rock auto. and they are on back order for our trucks. could have worked but :happens:

I've got a stock height t4r. the shocks have completely had it (as in one leaked all of its internal goodness all over my driveway lol). what kind of shocks do you recommend? I'm basically asking basic parts store shocks or better parts store shocks.....

just got it back together. fuel sending unit literally fell apart!:shrug: surprised it ran at all lol Now runs smoother and gets more than 3 mpg lol :bravo:

I've got a 90 v6 auto 4x4 thats leaking fuel very badly from what looks to be the top of the tank on the passanger side. Only leaks when engine running and stops leaking when engine is turned off (after fuel pressure leaks out lol) was told it may be the fuel sending unit? I was guessing...

It may be a stupid question, but did you bleed the cooling system? and you added water to antifreeze? not sure of your knowledge and don't mean to sound insulting in anyway. also there may have been bearing damage to the motor if it was run for an extended period of time with a bad head gasket.
