okay so i pulled the throttle body and gave it a thorough cleaning, about a 1/4 inch of gunk. I pulled most of the wiring apart that is under the tb and repaired any breaks and re-taped it all. I took off the tps and checked for debris or anything and it looked clean. All back together now...

well after a lil bit of time i got it. pulled some vacuum lines and hoses used a 3" extension and one of those thumb ratchets and got it.

changed air filter, changing all plugs and wires, (number 5 is a pain). I did 2,4,6 and it was limpy and it is dry out. going to check for an electrical issue after plugs are done may throw on fuel filter too.
