I called the dealer, ordered the $15 "headlight adjuster", and it's not the part I need. I need the part the fits into the radiator core support. Like the part with all the gears in it. The part that you actually turn. You know? I haven't even been able to find out what it is called. Can't find...

So I got all four ball joints done and replaced both front shocks tonight. Rides better to me and it doesn't have that clanking sound coming from the upper ball joint anymore. Definitely feeling accomplished. Thanks for your input guys.

So I've done some searching around here, and haven't quite found anything relevant to what I'm going to ask. I don't think my torsion bars have been messed with, my Runner came stock from an elderly lady. But would changing the front shocks be a hassle if the torsion bars were cranked? Kind of...

My speedo is off by 20 mph with 31's. Supposed to have 225's on it and it was off 15 with those. I'm thinking someone messed with my cluster before I got it or my cluster is junk. Don't know how to tell whether it's mechanical or electrical.

Yeah.. Couldn't get the pitman off. So I just left it. It didn't need replacing anyways.. Got the rest of done in 3 hours.. First time doing any of that. I feel accomplished to say the least. Lol next thing I'm going to tackle is the ball joints.

So I'm replacing everything but my drag link tonight. Wish me luck! Getting alignment done on Friday.

I'm gonna have someone move the wheel today while I've got it jacked up to see. I really don't wanna change that pitman arm but if need be, I can do it.

And I'm just going to measure total length of inner and outter tie rod assembly, and go from there. Seems like it's a good idea. Lol
