Thanks! I did not realize there the shroud has a bottom piece. Are you talking about part #16702? Do I need part #16702A to install it?

The cooler came with a set of 4 zip ties. I used that method for mounting a transmission cooler in a Jeep Cherokee about 20 years ago. I didn't like it. I've fabricated brackets for every transmission cooler I have installed since then.

That agrees with my findings. But.....what color is the label? I'm partially color blind. I thought all the 89540-3509x modules that I saw had purple labels. Is the label on yours purple or green? Or?? I usually have my wife validate colors for me, but she's 600 miles away at our son's...

More photos. I attached 2 photos showing the front corners of the skid plate. The protrusion of the tow bar bracket bolts did not allow installation of the skid plate. I drilled two 5/8" holes (1 in each corner) to allow the bolts to penetrate the front of the skid plate.
