Apparently I need to replace my power steering rack.(98 Limited) I thought the seals were bad causing the leak, but after 2 estimates they are saying I need to replace the whole rack. It's steers fine just leaks pretty good. One estimate $750 (P&L) the other $850 (P&L) 2 questions for you guys...

Update Well it seems the issue has resolved itself for now. :) Other issues I've had have resolved on there own before also. I hope this problem doesn't return periodically as the other electrical issues have been known to.

Reply I did. Then tried to set the alarm again, looked inside to see the "door ajar" light dim again, but this time the damn alarm started to go off. I'll try again in the morning to see if anythings changed. Thanks for the suggestion though.
