How can you tell if it has KDSS?

Hi I live in southwest Pennsylvania. I have been looking for a ‘22 4Runner with KDSS for approximately 2 months now and cannot find one. I can find plenty of new 4Runners but none have KDSS. Does Toyota not sell KDSS equipped 4Runners in areas with snow? Thanks!
