I understand what you're trying to do. I dont have the dimensions but I do know the box under my alpine unit looks like crap. Let me know if you get anything built and maybe I'll have you build me one.

I had Michelin Cross Terrains on my old 18"s. They are not a bad choice.

I used a 4" deckplate offset to counter the windshield wipe fluid tube. It fit perfectly. It is also easy to have a 4" hole saw on hand then all you need to do is file a bit and you have a snug fit deckplate. Hole saws are pretty expensive so if anyone needs a 4" one I'll let it go cheap.
