The front shaft spin free in 2WD engine or off! and once I put in 4WD the front shaft lock cannot spin anymore! Whats next?

Did the Light testing! No light on both VSV plugs! in 2WD or 4WD! and 4WD Fuse work well! so what is the culprit now?

I will check the fuse but what a bad 4WD will do ?

I went double checking the Vaccs line from the Nipple! the Nipple that connect to the line that goes to the diff has no Vaccume at all! but the one that come from the manifold and canister has it!

Sorry to sound a bit stupid on that but how do i check the the 12V signal switches from one side of the VSV to the other?

If you see in the pics that I posted I have 2 Vacuums line that goes to the front diff. my truck is a A.D.D and all is controlled by the vacuums line! Have a look at the Vacuums lines explanation image that I have! let me know if this make sense or not
