QQ for you all, I had a seal leak on my 2008 4runner and the parking brake shoes got saturated. Would it be good enough to just clean them off with brake cleaner and put them back in? Or should they be replaced? They are pretty greasy. Cheers

not sure how I would have introduced air as the resevoir was always full, the key was on and I greased up the nipples so the bleeder was pulling a full hose of brake fluid. I really don't think that I have introduced any air into the system and if I had I am sure that I have sucked it out.

forgot to mention that I did have the ignition on. Maybe I should just use the truck's pump.
