I thought I would update this thread with the fix. After replacing the sensor twice, and having the light go off for a month or 2, and them coming on and staying on, this weekend I replaced the ABS sensor harness, and all my problems are fixed. Should have done this years ago!

2011 Limited need to replace headlight assembly. Have to remove the bumper cover? Any writeups? Any tips? Not a body man. Dont want to screw up the clips holding it on.

04 4Runner V8 sport 4wd. ABS/TRAC lighs on, and CEL that says P0500 speed sensor. I flashed the ABS codes using the pins and got code 33, which is right rear wheel speed sensor. I pulled the sensor off, which was very difficult to get out, was stuck pretty good, but I gently pryed it out...

Everything works fine, I just had to plug the trailer in.

FYI it was the starter staying engaged. Happened a time or 2 again and I had to pull the battery because the starter wouldnt stop.

I triple checked that I have it wired correctly, and I do. I checked under the hood for the fuses and they all look OK. I guess I have a bad brake controller. I did get it from a junkyard, but it was still hooked up. Guess I'll have to get another controller.

I installed a 4 wire tekonsha voyager brake controller into the factory harness. I get no lights or anything on the controller. Is there a fuse or relay I could be missing? I attached the wiring I did

Looks like the original post is missing a bunch of steps for the cluster install. Whats up with that?

Sorry, but I did not read all the pages, but I'd like to get some info / comparisons for a shock setup for stock, no lifted vehicles. Everyone says Bilstein, but what about others such as Rancho, KYB, etc? I want something that will soak up the bumps in the road.

Anyone else have this problem? I have a very slight rumble / shudder from what feels like the center diff. 04 V8. Only happens when going from a start with the wheels turned. Would a fluid change help? Do I need to use any additives? Amsoil or redline synthetic?

From what I've read, there is no gas charge in the shocks themselves, just oil. If there is no leaks in the shocks, they are fine and doing their job. The dampening is done by the central dampers which have the gas charge. So the damping is done by the central dampers. The is NOT harsh, not...
